On Waves, Lands and Margins. Metaphors and the Possibilities for a Feminist History of Literature
The rhythm of feminism as an emancipatory social movement can be mapped using the metaphor and dynamic of the wave: first wave, second wave, and third wave[1]… Needless to say, these waves describe the state of feminism in the United States and Western Europe, but apply to the Polish context as well – and my focus lies here.
